Key Responsibilities of the eDiscovery Coordin

Manage data processing and organisation - Assist with the preparation, review, and analysis of collected data while maintaining data integrity and security throughout the pro - cess.Maintain documentation and traceability - Keep accurate records of data collection, processing activities, and chain of custody to ensure full accountabi
- lity.Operate and support eDiscovery tools - Utilise eDiscovery software to facilitate efficient data review, perform searches, process data, and troubleshoot technical is
- sues.Ensure compliance - Deliver all eDiscovery tasks in line with firm procedures and legal guidelines, mitigating risks and supporting best prac
- tice.Promote collaboration and improvement - Provide basic user training, liaise with key stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing process enhancements and efficiency g

Skills & Attributes of the eDiscovery Coord
- inator
Strong academic foundation - Educated to degree level (2:1 or equivalent) in a relevant disc - ipline.Technical and analytical expertise - Experience or formal training in technology, data processing, or eDiscovery, ideally within a professional or legal services envir
- onment.Proficient with eDiscovery systems - Skilled in managing review platforms, handling large volumes of electronically stored information (ESI), and performing data culling and se
- arches.Compliance and risk awareness - Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive data securely and align activities with legal and procedural sta
- ndards.Collaborative and proactive approach - Able to build strong stakeholder relationships, support team capability, and drive continuous improvement in eDiscovery pra
