JOB TITLE: Safeguarding Administrator

CONTRACT: Permanent, 35 hours any 5 of 7

You'll Be (Main Responsibilities):
- Ensuring the efficient running and administration of the Club’s Safeguarding & Wellbeing Team.
- Adopting a positive, enthusiastic and solutions-oriented approach; proactively identifying and progressing opportunities to improve processes within the Safeguarding & Wellbeing function.
- Responsibility for the process by which matters are received, recorded, and monitored within the Safeguarding Team.
- Supporting the team in maintaining and updating the safeguarding database.
- Providing diary management support to the Director of Safeguarding & Welfare.
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes.
- Managing invoices and coordinating with external service providers regarding fees.
- Assisting with safeguarding team reporting to senior Club management in key areas.
- Maintaining a database of all training delivered by the Safeguarding Team, including a comprehensive list of all delegates.
- Supporting colleagues in HR with DBS checks where appropriate.
- Scheduling safeguarding training for new staff, refresher sessions, and whole-club training events.
- Maintaining all safeguarding concern files, including archived records.
- Supporting the Employee Wellbeing Lead with the planning, coordination, and delivery of wellbeing events and initiatives across the Club, and arranging relevant training for the Employee Wellbeing Lead and wellbeing network.

- Experience or confidence in supporting event coordination, training logistics, or project delivery, ideally within a wellbeing or people-focused environment.
