Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for a People & Culture Partner (Collaborator). The People & Culture Partner will be responsible for promoting an inclusive and diverse work culture, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, developing and implementing HR strategies, and fostering employee engagement. The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that our mission of empowering diverse voices is upheld and integrated into all aspects of the organization.

- Experience in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplace culture
- Skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Passion for supporting underrepresented communities and empowering diverse voices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
