A leading pan-European real estate investment management firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and oversee select private family office matters. This is a unique hybrid role spanning high-level corporate support, private-office involvement, and mentorship of a developing Private PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full Executive Assistant support to the CEO, including complex diary management, international travel, correspondence, board materials, and project coordination.
- Act as the CEO’s primary point of contact, ensuring efficient communication, follow-up, and information flow.
- Support private-office operations: household administration, personal travel, event coordination, and management of an art and insurance portfolio.
- Mentor and develop the Private PA, offering guidance across diary management, communication, workflow, and prioritisation.
- Liaise confidently with senior stakeholders, advisors, and service providers across corporate and private matters.
- Uphold the highest levels of discretion, compliance, and risk awareness.
About You
- Proven EA experience supporting C-suite or UHNW principals, ideally across both corporate and private-office environments.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Discreet, composed, and proactive, with strong judgment and stakeholder management abilities.
- Competent across Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, travel management, and basic financial processes.
- Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
- Flexible, polished, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust setting.
