JOB TITLE: Legal Team Administrator

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring the efficient running and administration of the Club’s Legal team.
- Adopting a positive, enthusiastic and solutions-oriented approach. Pro-actively identifying and taking forward opportunities to improve processes within the Legal team.
- Responsibility for the process by which contracts are signed, stored and distributed, and key contract milestones are recorded and monitored.
- Litigation support, primarily through document management and distribution to internal stakeholders.
- Diary management for the, General Counsel, Director of Corporate Communications and Affairs and Head of Legal positions.
- Organising meetings; taking minutes where required.
- Managing invoices and coordinating with external advisors on fees.
- Assisting with legal team reporting to senior Club management in key areas.
- Booking travel, where required.
- Organising meetings and events on a Directorate level.

- Excellent inter-personal and team working skills that inspire trust and confidence both within the Club’s legal team and amongst its internal clients.

- Well-organised, with an ability to effectively manage competing demands on occasions.
