Apprenticeships Senior Recruiter (UK Programmes)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months
Salary: £39,000 per annum - 37.5 hours per week
Shape the Future of Early Talent
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Apprenticeships Recruiter to lead attraction and hiring for our Consulting and Technology Degree Apprenticeship programmes across the UK.
This is a high-impact role within our London Early Talent Recruitment Team, reporting to the Apprenticeship & Internship Manager. Operating in a fast-paced and competitive market, you will design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies, build strong partnerships, and ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience from first engagement through to offer acceptance.
If you’re passionate about widening access to opportunity and thrive in a target-driven environment, this is your chance to make a real difference.
The Role
As the Senior Apprenticeships Recruiter, you will take ownership of building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines across London, Birmingham and Glasgow. You’ll develop strong partnerships with schools, colleges and third-party organisations, positioning our apprenticeship programmes as an exciting and credible career pathway.
You will design and deliver engaging attraction activities — from insight events and networking sessions to presentations — helping to strengthen our employer brand and convert interest into applications.
Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, you’ll guide candidates through each stage with professionalism and care, ensuring a fair, consistent and positive experience. During peak assessment periods, you’ll conduct high volumes of interviews while maintaining rigorous selection standards.
Alongside delivery, you’ll take accountability for budget management, reporting and performance tracking. You’ll use data and market insight to continuously refine your approach, monitor competitor activity and identify innovative ways to stay ahead in the early talent space. You’ll also contribute to wider Early Talent team initiatives focused on process improvement and best practice.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with strong experience in early careers, apprenticeships or high-volume recruitment, who is confident in managing stakeholders and delivering engaging presentations. You’ll bring commercial awareness, resilience and a data-driven mindset, alongside a genuine passion for diversity, inclusion and social mobility.
