Job Description
We are hiring a Manager, Strategy & CEO Office to support strategic planning, business performance routines, and cross‑functional initiatives.
This role works closely with the Chief of Staff, CEO, and Management Committee. It is well‑suited to someone with experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a similar analytical environment.

The Details
- Support strategy processes, translating high‑level direction into clear priorities, OKRs, and implementation plans.
- Conduct analysis to support strategic recommendations and structured problem‑solving.
- Prepare materials for CEO briefings, leadership forums, and board‑level updates in clear, concise formats.
- Contribute to key business performance routines (e.g., weekly business reviews, monthly business reviews).
- Own and support cross‑functional initiatives.
- Track progress of strategic programmes, identify risks, and drive follow‑through on agreed actions.
- Analyse business and customer performance in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams.
- Convert data and insights into structured recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Draft internal communications, updates, and talking points that convey clarity and consistency.
- Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Qualifications
About you
- Prior experience in tier-1 management consultancy.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and an ability to break down complex issues.
- Comfort working with data and translating analysis into clear insights.
- Clear, structured communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work across teams.
- A natural curiosity and will to make an impact.
- Interest in e‑commerce, fashion, digital product, and customer‑led businesses.
- Hands on experience with SQL.
