The Role
The Digital Coordinator will work closely with our Digital Media Strategists and Global Performance Media team to deliver impactful commercial social campaigns from briefing through to launch. You’ll play a key role in coordinating activity, collating and delivering campaign assets, and ensuring seamless execution across teams.
The role also includes digital campaign reporting responsibilities - tracking performance and translating data into clear, actionable insights. Finally, you’ll help keep the DMS team running smoothly, too, including scheduling for the VP Global Media Strategy and Digital Media Strategy Director, and coordinating key moments such as the DMS team strategy day.

What will you be doing?
- Building social commercial posts.
- Briefing the Global Performance Media team on campaign requirements.
- Coordinating commercial social campaign reporting.
- Collating client social assets and briefing Social Copywriter.
- Researching new social opportunities which can be commercialised.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our social ad products and capabilities.
- Building digital display campaign reports.
- General assistance to the VP, Head of Revenue and Digital Media Strategy Director.
- Managing invoices and department expenses.
- Coordinating the biannual DMS Team Strategy Day.
- Supporting the DMS team with day-to-day office management.
About You:
- 1+ years of experience working with social products.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and perform independently as part of a team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Passionate about Condé Nast brands
- Strong interest in fashion, beauty, culture, lifestyle and interiors
