Diversity & Inclusion Executive (Part-Time – 28 Hours) | London (EC2N) with hybrid working - Salary: £45,000 FTE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Diversity & Inclusion Executive to join a leading international law firm, supporting the delivery of a progressive and impactful global D&I strategy. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving inclusion and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced professional services environment.
This is a varied and hands-on position, focused on programme delivery, employee engagement, and internal communications. You will play a key role in turning strategy into meaningful initiatives that enhance culture and support the firm’s people.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of D&I initiatives, campaigns and events across the firm
- Draft and coordinate internal communications, including intranet content and presentations
- Assist with external D&I content such as website materials and social media
- Provide support to employee networks, including planning events and ensuring alignment with firm objectives
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and network leads across the business
- Coordinate key inclusion events such as Pride, International Women’s Day and Black History Month
- Support social mobility programmes, including work experience and scholarship initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and best practice within D&I
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting D&I, engagement or people-focused initiatives within a professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
