YOUR MISSION
Partner with all GTM functions (Commercial, Pre Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Partnerships) as well as the wider corporate functions, Executive, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Data to establish RevOps as an innovative, strategic and proactive driver of business, ensuring data-led sales decision making to support the achievement of ambitious growth targets.
Under the lead of the VP of Corporate Development, Strategy & RevOps, you will take responsibility for strategic RevOps initiatives, as well as providing support to the wider Corporate Strategy function. This includes identifying and developing our strategic datasets, building market models, developing account targeting frameworks, leading on complex, cross-functional enabling projects, and supporting other wider strategy projects.
This role requires an incredibly talented executive, who is able to pick things up quickly, run with cross-functional projects, generate stakeholder buy-in, whilst also having strong technical analytical skills. These are critical and strategic enablers of Vitesse as an organisation, and are central to our growth objectives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Special Projects
- Build and maintain our "market model", the strategic dataset that combines market data, with our own assumptions, to be the bedrock of our GTM analysis, deal qualification, SoW approach, and wider strategy.
- Use the market model, to develop the TAM, SAM, SOM of the Vitesse proposition, which will become the base of our SoW analysis. Consider the development of a propensity scoring framework, analysing, incumbent technology partners, need for international payments, levels of delegation, and the strategic objectives of the company.
- Develop and maintain our competitor analysis framework. This would include deep competitor research and monitoring, detailed capability matrices, and AI-enabled scanning. Use this data to educate the wider organisation, and supporting other teams where necessary. Automate the updates to the Exec and other interested stakeholders.
- Support VP of Corporate Development, Strategy & RevOps in the development of the Corporate Strategy Roadmap, including performing market sizing and analysis, reviewing the competitive dynamics of a vertical or subvertical, and reviewing the market structure of a given geography.
- Support the wider organisation on strategy related activities, including for instance, preparation for Board meetings, support with partnerships, presenting analysis to wider audiences.
- Perform ad-hoc, shallow and/or deep dives, into key issues for the company - product gaps, emerging trends, geographical issues, regulatory reviews. Implement potential changes where necessary, and manage cross-functional workstreams seamlessly.
- Provide the strategic research required to support large product investments and ROI analysis (e.g. cards, global platform, new geographies).
RevOps, GTM & Special Projects
- Support the RevOps and wider GTM functions, in developing a best-in-class RevOps function.
- Support GTM teams in manipulating and interrogating the strategic data to support our GTM efforts. For key accounts, support the Commercial org in designing account plans, for targeting customers and segments that are particularly interesting.
- Manage and automate customer tiering in the CRM, through using strategic data, customer insight, and commercial org perspectives. Use CRM and other RevOps tooling to automate this, ensuring quality, and consistency. Create and lead the review framework.
- Lead critical, cross-functional, enabling projects, supporting the long-term ambitions of the company, as well as the future success of RevOps.
- Operationalise continuous feedback loop linking sales blockers, market and regulatory insights, and product roadmap updates
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, business administration, economics, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in GTM, strategy, and analytical roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Great attention to detail
- Understanding of RevOps software and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
