Project Manager - Construction Consultancy
London
£50,000 – £55,000 + excellent benefits
An established and growing independent construction consultancy in London is looking for a confident, personable Project Manager to join their close-knit team. This isn’t a corporate machine — it’s a supportive, ambitious environment where people are trusted, given autonomy, and encouraged to develop long term.
About the role:
You’ll be delivering interesting, design-led projects across heritage, arts, leisure and hotel sectors, the kind of schemes where stakeholder engagement and attention to detail genuinely matter. You’ll be involved from early-stage strategy right through to completion, acting as a key client contact and coordinating consultant and contractor teams. You’ll have autonomy, but you’ll never be left unsupported — the senior team is experienced, collaborative and invested in developing people.
What They’re Looking For:
- Enjoys being client-facing and building long-term relationships
- Takes ownership and thrives when trusted with responsibility
- Works well using initiative and sound judgement
- Wants a long-term home where you can grow with the business
- Experience across consultancy or client-side environments is welcome.
- Contract administration exposure is beneficial, but not essential.
The Benefits Package
- Competitive salary (£50–55k)
- Generous annual leave allowance
- Employer pension contribution
- Private healthcare
- Chartership & professional membership support
- Flexible, grown-up working culture
- A genuinely supportive and collaborative team
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing consultancy where you’ll have visibility, responsibility, and the backing to build a long-term career.
