The Role
As Programme Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple clients and channels. You’ll work closely with strategists, account leads and creative to support a variety of projects, gaining valuable experience in all distillery solutions.
This is an entry-level position, and the ideal candidate is someone who’s detail-driven, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced creative agency.
This role is a permanent hire within our London-based hybrid team.
How You Will Make Your Mark
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
- Support day-to-day project management across multiple client accounts.
- Assist in planning, executing, and delivering projects by coordinating daily activities and maintaining visibility into upcoming needs.
Creative & Production Workflow Support
- Work closely with producers, creatives, and account teams to move work from briefing through execution to final delivery.
- Ensure creative output aligns with client briefs, brand guidelines, and project scope.
- Manage asset delivery, production schedules, and content workflows, ensuring smooth movement through creative, production, QA, and delivery stages.
- Organize and maintain all project assets, versions, and supporting files.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals between internal teams and clients.
- Prepare and support client communications, including agendas, meeting materials, status updates, and recap notes.
- Capture action items during meetings and follow up with teams to ensure clarity and completion.
Additional Skills & Competencies
- A foundational understanding of marketing principles, campaign workflows, and the role of content across the customer journey.
- An eye for social-first creative — awareness of what works on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and how creative adapts per channel.
- An active interest in current trends in culture, content, and digital storytelling, with the ability to interpret these through a B2B lens.
- Curiosity about how brands communicate in today’s landscape — especially emerging formats, creator/influencer trends, and platform behaviours relevant to professional audiences.
- Ability to recognise strong creative ideas and understand how they translate into effective, audience-relevant content.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who can work effectively with both creative teams and clients.
- A proactive problem-solver with a calm, can-do attitude.
- Understanding of creative production processes (video, social, digital, print, or brand campaigns) and brings a social-first creative mindset.
- A genuine passion for creativity, storytelling, and collaboration.
- You’re organized and comfortable navigating G Suite products, including Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Hangouts.
