Antella Recruitment have partnered with an award-winning luxury inbound Destination Management Company (DMC) to appoint a Head of People & Culture — a strategic leadership role at the heart of a growing, high-performance business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Director / Head of HR / People & Culture leader to shape a people-first strategy within a fast-paced hospitality, travel, or luxury services environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead the People function, working closely with senior leadership to deliver a commercially aligned HR strategy, drive employee engagement, and build a high-performance culture. This role offers real influence, visibility, and the chance to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a People & Culture strategy aligned to business growth
- Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, performance, and engagement
- Lead the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, retention)
- Drive performance management, leadership development, and coaching
- Oversee employee relations and ensure best practice and compliance with employment law
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion (DE&I) and employee wellbeing initiatives
- Lead workforce planning and succession strategies
- Utilise HR data, systems, and analytics to inform decision-making
- Inspire and lead the People team to deliver an exceptional internal service
About You:
- Proven experience as a Head of People, HR Director, or Senior HR Leader
- Background in travel, hospitality, luxury, or service-led industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Strategic yet hands-on, with the ability to deliver operationally
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level
- Track record in culture transformation, engagement, and organisational change
- Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
